Articles for science lovers shortened to five bullet points

Bullets.tech, the website that made it to #3 Product of the Day spot on Product Hunt last week, is making it easier to read your favorite science articles.

According to a study, emotional people overestimate the knowledge they acquire by reading just the titles of articles shared on Facebook.

Bullets.tech is a response to that statistic. The website provides a place where the creators publish summaries of articles for science enthusiasts — five bullet points or less. This captures the essence of the article so you don’t have to read through paragraphs of “filler.”

As the website gains contributors, readers will get access to more and more summarized science articles. This is a great solution for those that love the format of short articles but can’t access any within their topic of interests. For example, Quartz Brief provides short text snippets and links with the latest news stories. However, the content shared in the app is broad.

I’d love to see new categories for business, sports, and entertainment on the site in the future. In the meantime, if you’re interested in getting some bulleted articles sent to your inbox, you can subscribe to the newsletter here.
